Membership is open to legal professionals with a certain level of experience in arbitration practice, typically measured in years.
For categories other than Category 1, completion of arbitration-specific training programs or certifications is desirable as a prerequisite for membership to enhance the standard of membership.
Applicants must demonstrate their expertise in arbitration through a track record of handling arbitration cases, publications, or participation in arbitration-related activities.
Members are required to adhere to a code of conduct and ethical standards set by the Bar to maintain professionalism and integrity in arbitration practice.
